　　提纲式写作模式在考纲中提及，但是没有作为近年来的考试形式，考生对于这种形式的文章应该非常的熟悉，因为一直四六级考试前几年的出题形式，唯一的区别是考研是英文出题。这里在一起复习一下。

　　一、写作要点

　　1． 认真研究所给标题与提纲，不要错误理解标题或遗漏提纲要点，如此次四级考题eudcation pays是“教育是有回报的，有价值的”，而不是 “大学生教育需要支付费用”

　　2． 根据提纲确定各段出题句

　　3． 逐步围绕主题句展开各段，采用不同的方式进行论证，原因罗列、举例论证、引言论证

　　4． 文章主要分成两大类：观点对立+单一观点，对立观点有是不同人的观点，也有可能是同一事物的利弊。

　　5． 首段通常是现象的描述，第二段如果是单一观点，就分析几个几个原因，进行论证；如果是对立观点，则分别罗列，通常不再需要过多论证，因为字数的限制。第三段为自己的看法，通常是提出建议或措施，展望未来。

　　二、真题再现（单一观点）

　　THE "PROJECT HOPE"

　　Education plays a very important role in the modernization of our country. According to recent statistics, there are over two million children in remote and isolated rural areas who have dropped out of school because of their financial predicament. This is a very serious problem that needs to be resovled as soon as possbile. Therefore, the Chinese authorities have worked out a plan to assist them financially, which is called “Project Hope”.[现象现状说明段]

　　This project, I do believe, is of great importance and necessity for the present circumstance. To begin with, as a develping country, China is unlikely to inject a huge amount of money in education at present. So education has to turn to general public to find its way out. Secondly, many of the poor children with finacial assistance of the general pubic can go on with their education, which will in turn contribute a great deal to the expansion of the rural economy in our remote and isolated rural areas. Apparently, the Project Hope is of profound significance for the modernization of our country. [原因列举段]

　　Nevertheless，in my view, the "Project Hope" is only a temporary measure, and not a permanent solution. What is needed is a properly funded education system so that all children can be guaranteed an education, which will equip them to their roles to the full in the modernization of their country.[建议措施段]
